Contracts Manager - Infrastructure

We are seeking a well versed Contracts Manager to work with a leading tier 1 contractor on a range of existing and new infrastructure projects throughout New Zealand.

This Contracts Manager will be working for a tier 1 contractor which is a well known international Multi-disciplinary firm who offer specialist services to the construction and engineering sectors including project management, commercial management, contracts management, project controls and quantity surveying.

This position is to be based in Auckland, New Zealand working on high value prestigious infrastructure projects throughout the country.

Requirements:

For this role the client has requested professionals with the following desired skills and experience:

* Degree qualified in quantity surveying or equivalent.
* MRICS.
* Over 10 years of experience within contracts management, administration, claims etc.
* Over 5 years of experience working within the variety of infrastructure projects

This role is open to international candidates, a suitable working visa for New Zealand will be provided by the company for the successful individual.
