Description

We
are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of successfully managing
global investment projects in the oil and gas industry. As a Regional Manager you have the responsibility to lead the
Renewable Products project portfolio, the team and successful project execution in the Netherlands. Our success is measured by safety, quality, cost
efficiency and timely completion of the projects.

engineering office in the Netherlands which size will be ~25 people. This is a
key role in fostering the co-operation, knowledge sharing and uniform processes
between the site and local contractors. Excellent communication skills and
leadership experience from an international organization are essential to
succeed in this position.

  Be a member
  of local site management team
• ·       
  Act as a
  superior to personnel in the Netherlands; line managerial leadership
  responsibilities for NL personnel
• ·       
  Set up the
  site organization for successful execution of the investment projects
• ·       
  Develop
  processes, ways of working and tools globally together with colleagues in
  Finland and Singapore
• ·       
  Act as a local
  Solution Development Manager
• ·       
  Act as a PIPE
  (Plant Investment Project Engine model) leader
• ·       
  Lead
  solution development and project target setting (safety, quality, cost &
  schedule targets) for Renewable Products investment projects in the
  Netherlands together with the business unit
• ·       
  Have an office
  manager role: administrative tasks and employer responsibilities related to company office and operations in the Netherlands
• ·       
  Enable,
  promote and proactively support integration and cooperation of company Renewable Products business unit in all project, work process, administrative
  and personnel related issues in the Netherlands.

  10+ years of
  investment and engineering resource management whereof minimum 5 years in a
  leadership role

  Comprehensive
  understanding and knowledge of work processes in investment projects in the
  process industry

  Excellent
  leadership skills and the ability to lead with cultural intelligence

• ·       
  

  M.Sc. level
  degree in technical education

• ·       
  

  Fluent
  English is a prerequisite. All other language skills are a merit.
