Description

In your role as a Project Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that objectives of project are fulfilled and targets of the project are met. In this task your responsibilities will include leading and managing the project team, project scope and change management, resource, time, cost and HSEQ management as well as reporting. Strong networking and communication skills are necessary to ensure efficient communication and information sharing between disciplines in the company and other project stakeholders.

You will report to the Regional Manager of the Netherlands, but you are expected to work very independently, collaborating closely and networking easily with the project organization in other locations as well.  

Requirements

Skills and Experience :

• ·         M.Sc.
  or B.Sc. in engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ·         Minimum
  5 years process industry related project management experience in an
  EPCM/EPC environment.
• ·         Leadership
  and human resources management skills.
• ·         Effective
  communication skills in English (mandatory) both verbally and in writing. Other
  language skills are an advantage.
• ·         Effective
  analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ·         We
  also value Project Management studies and certification such as PMI's Project
  Management Professional (PMP).

 
   Experience in Renewable Processes is an advantage.
