Description

• Follow the Drilling Department Governance and Leadership

• Follow the Drilling Management System processes for planning and executing drilling and well activities

• Be the department’s focal point concerning inventory, equipment order and equipment stock.

• Provide support regarding offshore logistics and inventory control

• Have good knowledge of WELS/Wellit material handling software.

• Systemize surplus equipment and make sure equipment is preserved according to spec and re- certificated when needed. Make best use of equipment already in stock and follow up new orders and Long Lead Items.

• Follow up deliveries from 3rd. party vendors.

• Register HSE, quality events and issues in Synergi

• Capture and store relevant reports and pictures within ProjectPlace and ProArc

• Conduct quality assurance and control activities towards suppliers

• Participate in revisions

• Maintain Mitsui OCTG plan

• Approve Proforma invoices and invoices.

• Reconciliation of wells.

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience from material handling within drilling operations

Qualifications

• Collage or Bachelor degree within relevant discipline
