Description

Construction lead have following responsibility :

• Company`s representative at site for defined projects
• Following HSE for project in executions
• Daily building activities
• Follow up plan and SAP 
• Coordinate together with external contractors during building phase Reference to steering system 
• Define responsibility and scope for follow up of fabrication engineering. 
• Inspection and test plans (ITP). These are normally prepared by Contractor and cover all relevant disciplines. The ITP describes all relevant activities, their input and output and is approved by all involved parties. It forms the foundation of the cooperation between the parties. 
• Establish overview of relevant / necessary site specific procedures / instructions covering the work to be performed for each discipline. Review procedures as required to ensure compliance with Company requirements. Missing procedures / instructions to be identified and clearly communicated with the Contractor/Internal executor.
• A system for communication of findings throughout the construction process and for all disciplines shall be established and communicated. Timing for start use of the Project Completion System for each discipline to be evaluated.
• Clear routines shall be established to ensure co-operation and interaction with Company engineering and commissioning and Contractor if commissioning is handled externally. 
• Contractor system for construction documentation shall be in accordance with the contract LCI requirements
• Review and agree Contractors Mechanical Completion (MC) strategy including timely transition from bulk / area based work to system based completion, planning and preparation, organisation and responsibilities for execution. 
• Construction alignment with project MC manual/requirements. 
• Access control routines and training of users in Project Completion System should be established for all relevant parties.

Requirements

• Experience from project related to instrument /SAS system
• Experience from HLNG gas plant or other gas plant
• Familiar with client`s system

Educations:

• Engineer within instrument /SAS system
