Project Manager - HVAC / Australia

This role would suit a Project manager that has a proven track record in HVAC project delivery at a top tier contractor with a technical engineering background.
  
Roles and Responsibilities of the Project Manager will include:
  

• Project planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
• Be highly client facing with the ability to liaise with Consultants & Builders
• Project management of Commercial/Residential HVAC development projects
• Track record in planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills
• Playing a lead role in an ambitious company that has sustained rapid growth and a strong work winning attitude

  
To be considered for the role of Project Manager you will require:
  

• Ideally have 5 years as a project manager in HVAC with a local contractor
• Degree/Trade qualification in relevant field, preferably Mechanical engineering and Project Management
• Proven experience of project managing projects in a tier- two contractor environment
• Interpersonal and leadership skills along with a good background site
• Have a can-do attitude and the ability for creative thinking and self-development
