Qualifications

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in instrumentation and control engineering.
Experience: Relevant experience as engineer in instrumentation and control engineering field in Oil and Gas activities.
Strong engineering knowledge about field instrumentation (typically MPFM) company package interfaces (control & safety) company tie-ins methodology on existing operating ICSS.
Offshore experience is preferred.
Available for mission world-wide.

Job Responsibilities

Ensure that all the interfaces with the design team are correctly managed company.
Ensure that the project is executed in accordance with the organization’s safety regulations company with quality conformance and within schedule company.
Deliver a high quality detailed engineering dossier for Construction and Installation phases company.
Promote & comply with applicable safety instructions and other COMPANY HSE procedures in all activities company.
Carry out work in compliance with COMPANY values and policies company relevant laws and regulations agreed COMPANY priorities and objectives company standards and procedures and good industry practices Company.
Follow-up of engineering development activities progress related mainly to instrumentation engineering and also instrumented control and safety system for the Major Projects by the contractors company the LLI and packages vendors (as applicable).
The scope of activities will concern green field (new development) company activities (on existing platforms) and integration works.
Review and suggest to management possible design solutions and strategy related to brownfield tie-ins scope.
To promote alternatives for field instrumented safety & control designs to reduce and to optimise the offshore installations duration company.
To supervise and promote cost-saving solutions in the design of the offshore installations company.
Identify potential deviations from the COMPANY referential and report these to the WHP Package Engineering Coordinator for final decision on whether or not to implement company.
Ensure that design is standardized across the various wellhead platforms and is cost effective company in line with management strategy Company.
Review and analyse the instrumentation engineering design data of the existing facilities in view of the integration with the new wellhead platforms company.
Ensure close coordination with other disciplines on all engineering company constructability and operational matters company.
