Associate (Bridge) / Singapore

Our client is an international multi-disciplinary engineering firm with well known brand within the infrastructure sector across APAC and Americas.


Currently in the look out for seasoned Senior Infrastructure Engineer to be based in Singapore with below details.


Scope of Work:

• Manage and produce detailed design calculations and drawings for submissions and construction
• To participate in producing tender specifications and design requirements for calling of tender contracts
• Co-ordinate with other disciplines/departments in preparation of reports and design packages for multi-disciplinary projects
• Liaise with statutory agencies/authorities including utility agencies.
• Implementation of QA / QC
• Follow up on the design issues from Concept, Preliminary, Final, Construction, TOP, CSC to as built submissions
• Other duties such as tender support or as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized University and eligible for registration with the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore)
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in engineering design consulting practice on bridge or infrastructure projects (underground/basement/elevated structures, tunnel structures and MRT station structures)
• Conversant with local codes and authority submission procedures
• Must have good knowledge of common structural design software
• Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with AutoCAD and Microstation
• Good project management skills and strong analytical skills · Able to work under pressure with good time management skill
