Job Summary: To work as a Project Manager in the Projects Group. Duties, roles and responsibilities are listed below.

 

Duties:

  • Read and understand contract; obtain clarifications from Supervisor
  • Responsible for managing the project including subcontracts and purchase orders
  • Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of the Project Team to ensure that  contract deliverables for the project are accomplished within approved  schedule and  budget.
  • Reviews project proposal or plan and develops scope of work, schedule ,  budgets, and staffing requirements. Establishes or assists in establishing work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and
  • including: Scope, Cost, Schedule, Risk, and Quality Management
  • Directs and coordinates activities of project team to ensure project progresses on schedule and budget assignment of project personnel
  • Meets with project team to communicate work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of project delivery
  • Directs and Coordinates all HVEC and Multi-Office activities.
Prepares and delivers Monthly Project Report to Client/Management

 

Education:

  • BS in  Engineering
 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Typically  10+ years of technical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically  5+ years project lead or management experience
  • Must be authorized to work legally in US without need for visa sponsorship

  • Knowledge of Phased (Gated) Work Process, ability to optimize Work Process to suit specific Project

  • Have good organizational skills, ability to manage some complexity
  • Directs some work; conceptual, detailed engineering, construction
