Reports to: SVP of Business Development
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a self-starter, under general management direction, the individual identifies and supports the development of Feasibility Studies, Pre-FEED, FEED (Basic Design) Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Construction Management, Commissioning & Start-up project opportunities. The opportunities will primarily focus on: Gas Processing, LNG, Midstream, Synthesis gas, Methanol, Ammonia, Fertilizer, Gas-to-Liquids, Bio-Fuels, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Polymers, Offshore and Onshore Oil & Gas Processing markets. The individual is to develop and maintain a focus and working knowledge of the regions, markets, and clients identified as strategic and key to the company.

Duties to include the following:
- Develop and sustain new business relationship with clients in order to leverage and set up effective account management strategy for the company.
- Develop and manage new project and business opportunities from discovery to close including qualification, proposal, technical, price & contract negotiation and final closure and turnover to the project execution team.
- Identify new client account, project and business opportunities at an early development stage and lead client relationships into project engagements.
- Determine opportunities and establish groundwork for new client relationships as identified within the key regions and markets identified in the company strategies and plans.
- Develop a credible competitor analysis for each market or opportunity that supports decisions to pursue opportunities, identifies key differentiation and opportunities for the company.
- Develop, in a team environment and with third party partners as required, the strategies to win new work to gain market share and ensure increasing revenue generation and profitability for the company.
- Work closely with project teams to monitor performance and ensure high client satisfaction during the execution phases of each project.
- Build individual credibility in the company and in the industry.
- Promote the company brand by participating in external forums and conferences.
- Develop and sustain multiple key account strategies and plans that support the annual business plan for the company.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10 - 15 years of experience in Business Development/Sales
- Over 20 years industry experience
- EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) business knowledge is critical
- The successful candidate is to demonstrate project wins preferably with U.S. Gulf Coast based clients.
