Our CNRI E&C contract team is responsible for the engineering and construction delivery for CNRI's North Sea Assets. We are looking for a Modification Delivery Principal who shall be responsible for driving and implementing engineering modifications across the entire CNRI portfolio within schedule and budget whilst continuously seeking improvements.

- To understand the strategic aspect of the project in order to implement optimum approach
- Direct line supervision and support Hub Leads / Senior Project Engineers on the contract where required to successfully deliver projects within schedule and budget
- Responsible for the execution of special projects and / or hub overspill work in line with agreed schedule and budgets
- Monitor all KPI’s to ensure focus on delivery and identify early identification of potential delays
- Ensure that the work entry and change process are implemented. Ensure impacts of work entry and change are adequately identified and assessed
- Take on the role of Management of Change co-ordinator for all ACR’s on the project to ensure alignment and management of scope growth across all assets including cross asset prioritisation
- Manage engineering planning meeting and drive accountability for delivery including MMO on time
- Responsible for managing the IVB interface with the client and third party verification contractor
- Work with the client to develop future scopes and budgets
- Identify innovative and lean methods of working to drive continual improvement on the contract
Qualifications / Personal Attributes:
- Demonstrable relevant professional and project management experience within the offshore oil and gas industry
- Previous experience in a Contract, Project Delivery Manager or a Senior Project Engineering role
- Leadership of multi-discipline teams within a brownfield modifications environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of execution of brownfield modification projects through all phases of concept development and selection to final completion
- Ability to work on own initiative; self-motivated, willingness to learn and adapt
- Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively within the organisation and externally
- Proactive, flexible and decisive, ability to be innovative and challenging in line with Company Values
- An ability to build strong, effective working relationships across the delivery streams will be essential
- Delivery focused
- Carry out offshore visits as required
