Reliability Engineer – Chemicals – East Yorkshire - £50k + Benefits

Are you a degree qualified Mechanical Engineer, looking to challenge yourself in a demanding, complex chemical manufacturing environment?

Based at their chemical manufacturing site in the East Yorkshire, our client have an opportunity within their mechanical engineering team for a reliability and maintenance engineer, to support & implement long-term improvement projects for the site.

With projects and goals ready to go, our candidate is looking for an engineer with the relevant qualifications and experience to join the team and make a real impact on the site and help with the successful completion of on-going projects.

Ideally you will have 5 years’ experience in a similar petrochemical /chemical/pharmaceutical/FMCG plant. You will have a degree in mechanical engineering and have demonstrable experience with process safety tools and implementation of reliability centred maintenance. 

The successful candidate will be joining an established site with an excellent staff working environment, with a focus on continued staff development.

Requirements
Mechanical Engineering degree or similar discipline.
Demonstrable experience within a chemical manufacturing or related process industry.
Track record in delivering site reliability projects.
