Our client are looking to hire a full time Foreman to take a hands on approach in delivering residential projects around the Eastern Suburbs.  The projects will be ranging from $500k - $3M

The role:

• Supervise trades & scheduling of work
• Take the lead in a hands on role - you will be expected to occasionally do work on the tools
• Ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard
• Resolve any problems on site

The requirements:

• A trade background in Carpentry/Building
• Previous experience working on high end residential projects
• Experience supervising trades and running jobs from start to finish
• Time management and organisational skills
• Excellent organisational and communication skill
• A full driving license
