Contract: Sr. Network Security Engineer / USA

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Network Security Engineer to be based in Rochester, NY. The successful applicant will participate in researching, providing analysis, design & implementation, testing and troubleshooting of cyber security solution in large data networks.

Key duties will include:

• Work with infrastructure and system development teams to identify potential security risks
• Interact with clients to provide technical expertise
• Assist with the development of training materials

Essential requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within IT Security
• Thorough understanding of networking protocols and encryption services
• Understanding of the impact of data classification on the security design of networking solutions
• Experience of deploying security solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection and access controls etc.
• BS degree in information security, IT or Computer Science
• Must hold recognized industry Cyber Security certifications
