Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities

• Ensure High Levels of Customer Satisfaction and provide accurate reporting and flawless execution of customer orders
• Own, lead and co-ordinate the process of addressing customer service claims pertaining to product storage and handling issues.
• Co-ordinate between departments
• Organise and lead operations review discussions
• Lead in cross functional projects

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or Business related studies
• At least 5 years relevant experience with relevant operational knowledge preferred
• Experience in petroleum, petrochemical, chemical or related industries
• Excellent networking and people skills
• High energy and self motivated
