Customer Service Executive
Responsibilities
- Ensure High Levels of Customer Satisfaction and provide accurate reporting and flawless execution of customer orders
- Own, lead and co-ordinate the process of addressing customer service claims pertaining to product storage and handling issues.
- Co-ordinate between departments
- Organise and lead operations review discussions
- Lead in cross functional projects
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or Business related studies
- At least 5 years relevant experience with relevant operational knowledge preferred
- Experience in petroleum, petrochemical, chemical or related industries
- Excellent networking and people skills
- High energy and self motivated
