Lead Transmission Owners Engineer - T&D - $120000 - $135000 / USA

My client is a Boutique Engineering firm with a clear focus on Power Delivery and Power Generation. They service Utilities, Power Operators & Industrial clients all over the US and have over 20 offices & 1,000 employees country wide.

My client is looking for an experienced Transmission Line Owners Engineer to be based at their client's offices in Merrillville IN overseeing a lucrative High Voltage Transmission project within their portfolio coordinating with design teams, managing the contractor and acting as an extension of the clients team. As the ideal candidate, you will be highly technical but also possess the necessary soft skills to be client facing and drive the project forward.

Salary: $120,000USD - $135,000USD Gross per Annum + Benefits (Medical, Pension etc)

Location: Merrillville, Indiana

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Permanent

Hours: Full time

Days per week: 5

Work Permit/Visa Required: Yes, Must be eligible to work within the United States WITHOUT Sponsorship. (US Passport/Green Card holder or Indefinite Leave to Remain within the US).

Profile:

• Must have a degree in Engineering (Minimum BSc in Civil/Electrical)
• Professional Engineering Accreditation (P.E)
• Minimum of 8 Years experience within the Design and Engineering of Transmission Lines up to 345kv.
• You will be heavily client facing.
• Ideally have worked in an Owners Engineering or similar capacity previously
• Must be from a Consultancy/Engineering background
• Excellent communication and management skills
