Description

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Provide helpdesk support to staff over phone or face-to- face
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults
• Oversee all content creation and updates for AOM’s website
• Replace parts as required
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Support the roll-out of new applications
• Set up new users’ account and profiles and deal with password issues
• Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Perform other related duties as requested
• Assist Business Support team with administrative tasks

Requirements

Required knowledge, skills & abilities:
 

• Understands network design and implementation
• Proven experience as a Content manager
• Preferably a Bachelors degree in computer related field
• Preferably has experience working in large MNCs with OS like Windows, Macintosh and Linux, and networking and repairing computers
• Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
• 2-3 years of experience in similar role
• Incumbent may be required to travel to other work locations within Malaysia for IT support work
• Preferably has some experience in Business Administrative work
