Instruction
Require SRO Operation Instructors to support the delivery of the scope of the Certified Operator Pipeline project as part of one of the critical work streams of the Operational Readiness Control Center (ORCC). SRO Operation Instructors (10 Classroom Instructors) are required to supplement the operation training department in the development and implementation of the Certified Operator training items including but not limited to the following:
• Developing BNPP Accelerated ISC Systems classroom lesson plans.
• Executing the Systematic Approach to Training process IAW BNPP procedures and policies.
• Presenting classroom topics IAW BNPP Certified Operator Training Program Procedures.
Duration / Timeline of Requirement:
01 Jul 2019 – 31 Dec 2020
Minimum
High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 years nuclear power plant experience.
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering or other scientific discipline with 5 years ‘Nuclear operations training’ specifically.
Supplier to provide copy of degree/certificate translated in English if required.
Professional Certifications
Minimum
Currently or previously qualified as an operations Instructor and currently or previously qualified licensed or certified SRO.
Preferred
Meet minimum requirements with INPO Instructor Certificate.
Supplier to provide copy of degree/certificate translated in English if required.
Work locations
All candidates will perform work at Barakah Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP). All instructors may also be required to deliver training/examinations in Busan South Korea or ENEC Headquarter as necessary.
Technical Skills
Proficient in English and Excellent MS Office Skills.

Duration / Timeline of Requirement:

- Qualify as BNPP Classroom Instructor 01 Jul 2019 to 30 Aug 2019
- Develop BNPP Accelerated ISC Systems Lesson Plans 01 Jul 2019 to 31 Dec 2020
- Once Instructors are Classroom Qualified, they will assist with BNPP Operations Training Program and Certified Operator Pipeline Project as needed. 30 Aug 2019 to 31 Dec 2020.
- Contractors will be expected to work 38 core business hours and upto an additional 8 hours per week with prior approval from Nawah Management. Total hours worked will not exceed 46 hours per week.
- 10 BNPP Classroom Qualified, Operations Instructors are needed to assist with BNPP Systems Training portions of the Certified Operator Initial Training Program.
- The candidates will perform work in the operations training department to support the training and examination of SRO/RO Certification students.
- The successful candidates will be required to qualify as a BNPP Operations Classroom Instructor by 30 Aug 2019 for the work assignment.
- The candidates will be required to develop lesson plans for the BNPP Accelerated ISC Systems training program.
- Principal Activities and Responsibilities (based on background all or any could be required)
- Execute the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) process IAW station procedures and policies.
- Present classroom lesson topics as defined by operations training program.
- Support periodic operational and written examinations.
- Revise operations training material IAW approved station procedures and policies.
- Support operations training administrative activities IAW approved procedures and policies.
- Supplier to provide CVs for proposed consultants/candidates.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate communications both internally and externally in order to build and nurture mutually beneficial working relationships.
Minimum
