Contract: CMMS Analyst / USA

One (1) contractor to ensure the quality of work order entries and failure code reporting, train, promote and audit entries to drive discipline and urgency for quality assurance in support of Train 1 and Train 2 operation.  The role will include, but not be limited to, the following:

1. Ensure quality data entry and discipline in the service request, quick reporting and failure reporting in Maximo to support Reliability Programs, Processes and Initiatives.
   • Ensure service requests (SR) and/or Quick Reports (QR) are written against the appropriate Location ID, whereby the Location ID ties the SR/QR to the correct hierarchy, associated components, failure class/ codes and remedies
   • Work Type
   • Lead Discipline
   • Priority, age and status (back log health assessment)
   • Summary and Long Description
     • Summary must quickly convey the finding/requested scope of work
     • Long Description should detail the Summary, steps or suggestions to remedy, troubleshooting efforts, indicators
   • Regulatory, which must include attachment and work logs
   • BRKDWN WOs have failure reporting
2. Build Tableau Queries and Reports to support Reliability Programs, Processes and Initiatives.
3. Participate in Daily, Weekly, Monthly service request and work order review meetings, as a process quality assurance participant.
4. Coach personnel on use of failure reporting for BRKDWN, SR and QR creation (collaborate with departments and implement the philosophy)
5. Failure Classes and Code Updates – audit, inquire and act upon feedback from Technicians
6. Act as owner of the Equipment Maintenance Strategy CC-MNT-GEN-STR-000934.  On behalf of the Reliability Team, audit Maximo, discuss findings with the discipline engineer, revise/update the Strategy Document, route agreed upon updates per CCL MDCR (Maximo Data Change Request), audit Maximo to ensure implementation.  Repeat.
7. Promote and assist with initiatives to integrate systems with Maximo data, ex:  PI, BEAMEX, Incident Management Tool, ESIMS, PRNs.

Preferred background/experience:

1. CMMS experience (required), Maximo preferred
2. Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
3. Some planning experience and/or experience as a technician or operator
4. Organized with attention to detail
5. Understand maintenance work management processes, evaluate work orders, understand and identify process and data gaps, provide gap resolutions and ensure discipline in the defined process.
6. Team player with the ability to coach others on the reasoning for, encouragement of and promotion of quality data, attention to detail and processes.
7. Get along with people in different roles within the organization that are involved in the Work Order and Failure Reporting work flow process.

 

Deliverables: 

1. Create KPIs/Charts to audit and report the health of WO entries and completion of failure code data.
   • Reoccurring review with Supervisor and Manager
2. Develop an audit/grading system that lends itself to reporting compliance of quality work order data and promoting leaders in data quality
3. Develop an incentive plan to recognize and reward individuals and/or teams (to be approved and supported by the Reliability Team).
4. Useful Queries in Tableau, distribute regulatory if requested
5. Maintain a log of findings on discrepancies between the Equipment Maintenance Strategy and Maximo.
6. Develop a cross functional schedule for use by Technician Teams
7. Show progress of improvements in areas previously bulleted
