POSITION TITLE:  Finance Manager
POSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
LOCATION: Houston, TX

We are a leading global technical recruitment company providing professional contract and permanent staff to a diverse world-wide client base within the oil & gas industry. Our client, a Global LNG Company, is looking to hire a Project Manager for a permanent position based in Houston, TX.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manage and perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, including financial modeling, market research, and relationship management with outside parties
• Manage analysis and drafting of internal documentation and management / investor presentations
• Guide Financial Associates as they provide analytical support for equity and debt capital raises
• Compile and analyze financial information to evaluate the impact of different capital structures

 
 ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or Economics
• MBA required
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficient in financial modeling with an excellent understanding of Mircosoft
• 3+ years of work experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity investing or project finance
• Excellent project management, analytics, and consulting skills; the ability to interpret data and tell a story
• Able to manage business outcomes with planning and prioritizing workload to bring in finished products
