Our client is currently seeking a Document Control Analyst for a 1 year contract.

Ensures Document Control best practices are utilized for all on site documents.

Ensures Document Control best practices are utilized for all on site documents.
- Works with Canada legal to ensure that retention times align with Government requirements
- Updates Documentation with the newest revisions and submits Red lined documents.
- Provide expertise in documentation formatting for site personal
- Provide expertise in Information Management systems for site personal
- Able to source and develop documentation packages on request.
- An active member in Site Base Safety Stand Up and PSI Care Card Program
- subject Matter Expert (SME) for Engineering Portal
- Manages the Physical Document Control Library(s), retains and discards documentation as required by retention policies.
- Manages the Electronic Document Control Library(s), retains and discards documentation as required by retention policies.
- Enforces and maintains the documentation review cycles
- Provides support in uploading documentation that requires retaining.
- Support Field Operations with determining the best course of retention of documentation (Electronic vs Paper)
- Updates documentation with newest revisions and red lines
- Develops and supports the need for work packages on request (paper or electronic)
- Provides support for Field based technical writing (eg. formatting requirements)
- Works with Technical Services department in maintaining Bill of landings and invoices, that require retention.

- Tag requests
- Issuing documentation
- Distribution of documentation
- Maintaining Master Redline Binders (project & MOC)
- Weekly MMP MOC Audit
- Processing Turnover Dossiers (scanning/uploading/distribution/storage)
- Processing Redlines
- Maintaining Master PID sets (hardcopy)
- Providing weekly Technical Services report to OA, Competency, & Field Services Shift Supervisors
- Maintaining on site library (purging documentation when no longer required)
- Providing expertise/assistance to site teams for various IM EDMS
- Drawing/document search requests
- Printing requests
- Plotter printing requests (CMT, ERT, Ground Disturbance)
- Assisting with general queries (location of IM info/forms etc., IM processes, system access requests, system issues)
- Formatting procedure documentation
- Maintaining OneNote shift crossover notes
- Sending site wide notifications of IM processes, issued procedures etc.

- Site Experience
- Sharepoint Experience
- IMS experience is an asset
