Building Manager / Australia

Our client is one of the fastest growing building services companies in Sydney. With a combined knowledge of over 2 decades of experience, this firm has grown from strength to strength with heightened growth in the last 24 months. 

As the Building Manager you will responsible for the following;

• Management of contractors
• Creating reports and identify areas of the building that require attention.
• Attendance of scheduled committee meetings with the Strata Manager. 
• Emergency repairs management.
• Ensuring safety of the site and all occupants.

  
To be considered for the position of Building Manager you will require; 

• Substantial Building Management experience within Residential.
• Demonstrated experience in multi-tasking of various contractors across multiple buildings
• Previous experience managing defect reports
• Well presented and excellent verbal communication skills
• Proficient in desktop applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel
• Excellent WHS knowledge
