Project Manager - Multi-residential Projects / Australia

This company has been in the Newcastle area since 2010 and have a great market presence for transportable homes, townhouses, custom homes and commercial projects. 

You will work in an internal team of about 60 staff with the assistance of a CA on 1-3 projects at a time depending on project size.

Your role as the Project Manager:

• Design, DA and front end set up of the projects
• Get civil, site clearance, structures to completion finished
• Liaise with subbies, clients and consultants on a weekly basis.
• Cost reportings with the Estimators and CAs
• Site based and office based role, travel will be required between sites and the office 
• Programming the job, budgeting, 
• Liaising with the CA and Supervisors on site 

You will need:

• Degree qualification or Trade and local residential experience 
• Experience running volume homes or volume projects, large residences
• Ability to travel between projects and the office, remain in a long-term role and work alongside a CA, Site Manager and subcontractors, clients, consultants etc.
