Operations and Maintenance Lead
Start: ASAP
Duration: 4 months (renewable on agreement)
Rotation: TBC (usually 75/21 or 90/16 days)
Salary: Negotiable
Working Week: 6 days p/week - 10 hrs p/day
Accommodation / Flights / Insurances provided by Client
Single Status assignment
Both mandatory speaking French and English

Missions
Ensure the execution of the activities concerning start up, test run, training, operation of the plant according to contractual requirements and project objectives in terms of safety and schedule
Supervise the execution of activities in managing the production team for ensuring safe operation of the plant.
Tasks
Take part in project planning and scheduling. Prepare and keep up-to-date the start up, test run, training and operation execution plans
Review the test run (performance test) procedures and the operating manuals prepared by the Project Process Lead
Review the Vendors schedule, concerning start up, test run, training and operation activities
Take part in the project meetings to make sure that the operation requirements are duly complied with and addressed
Support the HSE Manager for the aspects falling within his area of responsibility and for the preparation of the HSE
Plans
Report activities, progress, concerns and issues to the Project
Coordination and management of production team (2 shifts of 1 Panel Operator and 1 Field Operator) + supporting/assistance team.
