Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor / Pqs / England

THE ROLE

I am seeking an ambitious Chartered Quantity Surveyor at Senior, Associate or Director level to join a multi disciplinary firm of construction and engineering consultants in Surrey / SW London borders area.

You will need broad based quantity surveying experience with good pre and post contract experience.

You will manage a team and at Director level take charge of all of the QS division.

THE COMPANY

My client is a multi disciplinary firm of construction and engineering consultants providing civil and structural engineering, building surveying, cost management and project management.

They have recently moved to larger offices and will continue to expand with a varied workload.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS qualified) with at least five years or more experience of working as a QS with a UK firm of consultants.

You will be at Senior, Associate or Director level.

You will need experience of all pre and post contract work.

You must be able to run your own projects from inception to completion including feasibility, cost planning, tender documentation, contract award, contract admin and all post contract duties etc.

You must have good communication skills, both written and spoken.

At Associate or Director level you should have management experience to be able to take charge of the team and be able to account / client manage.

At Director level you should be able to bring in work, also do presentations etc.

Salary is in the range of £50000 at senior level through to £70000 or more at Director level plus benefits.
