Project Administrator - $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 / USA

Working for a leading Engineering Company in the Oil & Gas sector, our client is looking to hire a Project Administrator for a direct-hire position based in Houston, TX.

• Provide support to Project Management teams, internal staff and vendors.
• Responsible for document coordination efforts
• Technical writing to create procedures and support project correspondence.
• Define and develop scopes by understanding project requirements
• Define all tasks and activities to be performed on the project
• Ensure the project team is aware of document requirements and specifications
• Share Company standards and industry regulations
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate stakeholder

• Network with stakeholders to serve as a source of support in executing project
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, third party consultants.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Administrative professional with 5+ years of Project Support experience
• Must have experience with administrative support for major Engineering projects in the oil and gas sector.
• MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
