Senior Project Manager - Mixed Use Residential / England

One of the country’s leading developers, who in the past have been voted one of the most desirable companies to work for, are looking for a strong Senior Project Manager or may also consider a Project Director. This company always produce projects to the highest standards.
This company are starting to put together the initial site team so you will be involved from day one. You will be leading the entire project with a full site based team reporting into you. This project is so fresh to the market details of it have not been fully released but you will be advised during interview. The project will consist of traditional and RC Frame build elements and properties with be completed to a high specification.
This role would suit a person who has been No.1 on site for a large mixed use scheme for a developer. This company are known within the market for promoting from within and these roles are only available as it is a new project with a full team needed. This company can truly offer a career.

The ideal candidate MUST have;

• Experience working as a No.1 on R/C Frame and traditional residential schemes.
• Experience working for a large Main Contractor or Developer, Developer preferred
• The ability to work on your own initiative.
• Leadership skills to manage a large team and multiple trades

It is desirable to have;

• Construction related further education.
