Due to ongoing growth and success of the team the opportunity has arisen for a Candidate Manager to join the local team in Brisbane.
The primary responsibility of the Candidate Manager is to be supporting a Senior Account Manager in ongoing management of the existing contractors in the Oil & Gas industry. This includes building and maintaining relationships with existing contractors. In doing so you will complete regular check-in calls for OHS; manage the on-boarding of new contractors such as collating relevant documentation; booking medicals and some pre-employment checks; manage fortnightly and monthly payroll queries to ensure they are processed in time; providing updates as relevant between the client and candidate and consultant across a range of areas. In addition to this as you develop your knowledge you will undertake pre-screening of candidates such as CV selection and pre-screening calls and shortlisting via a range of sources for presentation to the Account Manager.
This role would suit someone that has some recruitment/on-boarding experience or a process driven individual that is keen to join the recruitment industry or specifically focus on the candidate management side of the process. The role of Candidate Manager has unlimited opportunity for progression and development dependent or your personal drive and motivation.
The successful Candidate Manager will have excellent; interpersonal communication both over the phone and written etc; a high standard of professional presentation and mindset; a proven track record in delivering high levels of customer service; thrive working under pressure and respond proactively and positively to targets. An essential part of this role is to have excellent administration skills and be able to prioritise and effectively manage time to meet deadlines.
