Description

We are looking for an experienced person to fill the position as Principal Engineer Pipeline Technology with key activities as listed: Key tasks and responsibilities will typically include:

• Participate in design and construction of pipeline systems offshore and onshore
• Concept development, project definition and execution for the pipeline scope
• Establish functional requirements
• Assist in preparation of tender documentation, evaluation and establishment of contracts.
• Follow up engineering and construction contracts
• Perform quality assurance within discipline
• Participate in technology development activities within the discipline
• Ensure involvement and hand-over to Operation Sporadic offshore work and travel must be expected.

Requirements

Competence requirements:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree
• Solid background within Pipeline design, construction and installation
• Good understanding of project development
• Experience with follow-up of engineering and marine contractors
• At least 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Good teamwork ability, strong collaboration and communication skills
• Structured, systematic and result oriented
• Language requirements English
