OH&S / Labourer - La Trobe Valley / Australia

Company:

Our client is an established tier 3 builder that focuses on new build Commercial projects from $10m - $50m in the Victorian market. The company was founded in 1995 and since its inception, has grown year on year. They currently operate between 10-12 projects at any one time.

Due to a full order book for 2019/20 and a number of newly awarded projects hitting the ground in the coming weeks, they have a need to appoint a Temporary OH&S /Labourer to be based on- site, reporting into the companies Site Manager.

Role:
As the sole OH&S rep based on site, you will be responsible for the following:

• Site inductions
• Toolbox meetings
• Safety audits/compliance off JSA SWMS
• Risk assessments & work procedures
• General labouring

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Cert IV in WH&S 
• Construction H&S experience on projects in excess of $6m
• Experience of being the sole HSE representative onsite
• Apartments and/or Commercial new build experience
