Estimator – Award Winning Leading Developer / England

One of London’s leading developers, who in the past have been voted one of the most desirable companies to work for, are looking for an Estimator on a permanent basis. This would be an office based role, joining up with a very successful Pre-Construction department. This company is a household name and renowned for completing high profile residential projects.

The role would suit someone who is looking for a new challenge or looking to make the next step in their career and potentially step up to the role of Estimator. You would be expected to be involved with all estimating duties and be working closely with the Pre- Construction Director.

With the majority of projects being well over £100,000,000 you would have exposure that few companies can normally offer. With the majority of projects being mixed use residential experience with both build and residential would be considered a plus. This company are very progressive and opportunities to make a name for yourself in the industry will be readily available.

The ideal candidate MUST have;

• Experience working as a Estimator or an experienced Assistant Estimator ready to step up
• Experience working on residential projects either for a Developer or Main Contractor

It is desirable to have;

• Further education related to construction
• A strong stable career with longevity at employers
• Estimating experience within a variety of projects.
