Senior Buyer – Leading Residential Developer / England

A recognised name within the housing market is seeking a Senior Buyer for their Leatherhead office. Specialising in the private housing sectors they are considered one of the biggest and best companies within their field. As a Senior Buyer you would be joining an already successful commercial team on a permanent basis.
 
The Buying team work very closely with various other departments such as Operations and Commercial. Reporting in to the Buying Manager you will have exposure from day one to build your career and make a name for yourself.
 
The role is office based and requires the procurement of materials, labour and plant to ensure sites can run effectively and to budget.
 
The ideal candidate must have,

• Experience in procurement.
• Experience working on residential projects.
• Strong computer skills
• Organisational skills

 
It would be an advantage to be,

• Within 1 hour of the office.

 
This is a role that the company must fill so if you currently work in a different area of construction you may still be considered with a salary to suit.
