Construction Planner / Programmer

This company is a Tier 1 Builder that specialises in Commercial Construction. 

They have several established relationships with a range of clients to which they deliver and iconic building projects. 

They are currently seeking Construction Planner/Programmer to fill a full-time position based in Sydney’s CBD. Reporting into the Operations Manager you will be part of a team of experienced professionals with an exciting organisation that will offer career advancement for the right candidate. 

Some of the key responsibilities include;

• Developing detailed construction programs
• Establishing construction methodologies and plans
• Monitoring project progress against program and developing reports
• Undertaking analysis of programs against contractual requirements including assessing delay claims
• Working across a variety of projects and different clients
• Communicating directly with clients and attending meetings

To be considered for this position;

• Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering or Construction
• Experience in relevant programming software
• Strong communication and written skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and adapt to client requirements
