One of the country’s leading Main Contractors are currently looking for a Site Manager for a complex project in Kingston. This is student accommodation and includes multiples of challenges. The project includes historical/heritage aspects, refurbishments, new floors added and new build.
The project goes live in January but ideally this company would like someone on-board to assist with the preconstruction and set up. The project value is £47m with an additional £12m project included over summer 2020.
As a Site Manager you will be reporting in to the Project Manager and working alongside other Site Managers. With so many different aspects to this project it is one that could help you progress yourself and take on new challenges.

- Experience working as a Site Manager on a projects over £30m from start to finish.
- SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS
- Experience working for a Main Contractor, ideally a leading company.
It is desirable to have;
- HNC/Degree related to construction
