Lead Electrical Engineer – Lake District
A Top Tier Chemical manufacturer in the Lake District is looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer to join their manufacturing team. Reporting directly into the engineering manager this role will be the authority for electrical engineering on site, as well as looking after instrumentation as well. This position will see you undertake a breadth of responsibilities, managing a small team of technicians and developing them. As well as assisting with upcoming invest on site and being involved with project work.
This business is very focused on investing and developing their own people, and is about to undergo a prolonged period of development and investment. With multiple improvement projects planned over the coming years, and the view to grow the business through acquisition this is an exciting time to be joining this business.
I am looking for someone who is au fait with COMAH regulations, is time served and has experience with both electrical and instrumentation engineering. Fault finding will be a huge advantage as upcoming PLC upgrades will be one of the projects in the near future.
This role will be a pivotal part of the engineering team and will give you the ability to develop and be involved in many sides of the business. It is an extremely exciting time to be joining this business, and they will support and develop you throughout your career.
