KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
· Handle multiple priorities and tasks required in the office, including prioritizing work assignments, making travel and meeting arrangements, and interfacing with customers and visitors
· Prepare and edit reports and other documents using word processing, spreadsheets, database, and/or presentation software as well as maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems
· Act as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including high-level staff and executives; handles confidential and non-routine information and explains policies when necessary
· Receive, sort and distribute mail and draft responses by phone or email when necessary
· Complete or assist with expense reports for Department personnel.
· Provide purchase requisitions and data entry support as needed.
· Provide mapping and ticket information for Pipeline One-Call notifications.
· Provide detailed analysis on Operating Expense and Maintenance Capital spending and manages the forecasting and reporting process for monthly reports
· Reconcile Maintenance Capital project reports for monthly AFE meeting
· Consolidate outage requests for approval and communicate them to customers
· Measure and report gas volumes daily, monthly and quarterly and works with Operations leadership to communicate and present variances
· Track unit outages, availability and runtime and work with Operations personnel to explain variances
· Track maintenance activities and create and close out maintenance work orders in Company’s maintenance tracking software
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

· High School diploma, completion of college program preferred
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a related position
· Very detail oriented
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively communicate with management and customers
· Advanced knowledge of MS Office
