A well-established Main Contractor based in Kings Langley are currently seeking an Assistant Estimator/Estimator to join their successful team.

The types of projects my clients work on Refurbishments and Fit Out schemes in the Healthcare, Commercial, Retail and Education sectors.

My Client are a very well established company within the construction industry, with a very good reputation.

My client is looking for someone with the following:

A great understand of Excel
General construction knowledge
Comfortable with pricing and tenders
Happy to attend site
Located within an hour of Kings Langley
Strong mathematical skills
Working knowledge of JCT contracts
Ability to read drawings

Due to my client being a small sized company this means that they are also a tightknit company. They work as a team and have a good, positive working atmosphere. They have also shown successful growth over the years, however have wanted to keep their tightknit identity so have not grown quickly, losing their identity.
