One of the country’s leading Main Contractors are looking to secure the signature of a Bid Manager to complement the existing pre- construction team. The successful candidate will be expected to manage the process, compiling and producing bids in order to achieve desired contracts. This company cover various sectors including Commercial, Health Care and Residential. This company continually offer opportunities to progress for people that stand out.
This role would suit an experienced professional who understands the expectations and can add significant value to the team.
Some of the expected duties are;
- Develop a creative approach to the writing and presentation of bids
- Compiling, updating and maintaining a library of company standard tender documentation and model answers
- Responsible for the timely planning, management and completion of the allocated sections of PQQ & tender submissions
- Undertake research for the team to improve bid content
- Build internal and external relationships with individuals associated with the bid process in order to create quality bids
The ideal candidate MUST have;
- Experience working for as a Bid Writer/Manager for a company within construction.
- Experience working on two stage tender projects
