Design Manager – Commercial Construction (Fit-out) – Institutional Projects

This role represents a great opportunity for an experienced Design Manager to secure their next permanent role. Our client is a well-established commercial construction company located in Richmond.  They have enjoyed continued growth for the past two decades. As a result, this company has an urgent requirement for an experienced Design Manager on a full time basis to work on new & ongoing projects. 

Reporting to a highly accomplished Construction Manager, you will be engaged on a variety of projects in sectors such as Hospitality, Health, Commercial Office, Retail, Education and Public Works. To be considered here, you must have at least 5 years’ experience as a Design Manager within a commercial fit-out company. We are seeking a team player who is looking to grow their career. Previous and proven experience completing projects up to $20M is essential, as well as a willingness to fit into a strong team culture. A relevant tertiary qualification would also be preferential.
