Safety & Compliance Advisor / Australia

Innovative and dynamic construction company operating across commercial new build, fit-out and refurbishment. Since establishment they have delivered multiple successful projects within hospitality, retail, healthcare, education, commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.

With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, primarily commercial and fit out around the Sydney Metro area, they are looking for a Safety & Compliance Advisor to work across multiple projects;

The role:

• Provide knowledge of HSEQ requirements to assist with correct practice onsite
• Ensure legislation is adhered to & provide training to team members
• Conduct reviews and risk analysis
• Carry out inspections and audits
• Manage and develop relationships with employees and stakeholders

Desired Experience:

• Cert IV in OH&S, Diploma in WHS is an advantage
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of latest OH&S legislation
• Experience working on commercial construction projects
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage deadline
