Civil Structural Leader / New Zealand

Our client, a multi-disciplined engineering, procurement & construction consultancy is currently seeking a Civil Structural Leader to drive the continued growth of the civil structural division based in New Plymouth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced civil structural engineer to lead and inspire the discipline team and project stakeholders by being the civil structural subject matter expert and the face of the team externally. This role will require a growth mindset, be the main client liaison for the team and also involved in winning work so strong verbal and written communication will be a must have.

The team work across a range of sectors including oil, gas, renewables, marine, minerals, metals & infrastructure.

As the Civil Structural Leader you will offer:

• A minimum of 10 years Civil/Structural design experience
• Experience on projects from concept to delivery
• A minimum of 2 years New Zealand based experience
• Experience using drafting software packages including AutoCAD & Pro Steel
• An established network and business development experience in NZ is highly preferred
