HSEQ Manager / Sweden

The leading infrastructure recruitment specialist are seeking a HSEQ Manager to join a leading Contractor in Sweden.

Opportunity

Leading the HSEQ team is an excellent opportunity to join and lead a team of engineers. The client we are working with operate across (Consulting / Contracting) disciplines.

Job Role / Responsibilities

The job role will be work in the field of HSEQ. You will be responsible for the project health & safety and quality plans, risk assessments, inductions, management of HSEQ engineers along with general HSEQ activities. You will be required to oversee multiple project contracts at once, ensuring the highest level of safety on each.

Project

For the coming years the project will be focused around drill and blast tunnel excavation. The opportunity is extremely appealing as it will allow you to be with something from the beginning. Once the tunnel works are complete works will begin to install new rail / metro facilities.

Location

The role will be based in Sweden.

Salary Package

The salary package is highly competitive and will be based around the candidate's years of experience.

Requirements

For this role the client that we are working with have a minimum requirement of:

• Candidates MUST HAVE FLUENCY IN SWEDISH.
• The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years documented experience working in a HSEQ management position on rail, tunnel, or metro projects.
• Any Swedish qualifications for HSE or Quality are highly preferred.
