Description

? Deliver subproject plan with minimum scope, WBS structure, schedule, critical path, milestones, risk list, reporting structure and budget.

? Implement project plan by following/updating, coordinating, managing, supporting and reporting via project management and reporting tools.

• Actual, budgeted and forecasted costs according to the plan with agreed WBSs
• Site scope, schedule, quality and deliverables

? Mitigate and escalate (to Project Director) possible plan deviations immediately.

? See the complete picture of the site operations and take actions to reduce bottlenecks and improve the operations.

? Negotiate with the customer and subcontractors / suppliers about the day-to-day operations, problems and possible change requests (extra work, repair work etc).

? Maintain good communication (frequent, open, honest, respectful dialogue with all the groups on and off the site).

? Lead, coach and manage the site team

? Reviews and accepts production site deliverables prior to shipment

? Suppors KALMAR delivery organization in sea and inland transportation

? Setup, lead and manage warehouse process and material flow at / to site.

? Find and report places and areas for continuous improvement and give inputs to PS and BL.

? Respond and supervise Kalmar HSE practices and rules for the on-site Kalmar staff.

? Adheres and complements to the guidelines of Kalmar IMS and new model of project management.

? Managing the transfer from project phase to service phase

? Leading and managing service contract and the on-site service team in post project stage

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Competencies
• Project management skills
• Deep knowledge of heavy crane industry
• Final assembly process knowledge
• Kalmar product knowledge
• Automation access control system – product knowledge
