Summary:
The DCM Law Litigation Legal Analysts (paralegals). This position reports to the Supervisor, Legal Analysts, in DCM Law and will provide paralegal support to business units (or clients) in the Downstream, Chemicals, and Midstream company.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or paralegal
certificate, and experience in relevant field required.
At least 3 year’s experience requested.
The DCM Law Litigation Legal Analysts (paralegals). This position reports to the Supervisor, Legal Analysts, in DCM Law and will provide paralegal support to business units (or clients) in the Downstream, Chemicals, and Midstream company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Legal Analyst support for complex and routine litigation matters.
- Manage discovery for a varied and complex litigation docket, including product liability, employment, personal injury, commercial, and other disputes.
- Contribute to the effective and efficient resolution of litigation matters consistent with case strategy.
- Work closely with business partners, Corporate Leads, Legal Analysts, eDiscovery Specialists, and outside counsel to deliver successful case results.
- Support the team in managing preservation, data collection, and production.
- Conduct factual and legal research, including witness interviews.
- Ensure appropriate and best use of tools and processes.
Required Qualifications:
- well versed in the litigation process (from initial complaint through appeal).
- Possesses a commitment to learning and expanding his/her skill set.
- Familiar with eDiscovery tools are preferred.
