Project Manager / Australia

This successful and established organisation are considered a leader within their field and due to a solid portfolio of work and continuing growth they are looking to appoint a Project Manager. A prominent part of this role will be successfully managing various council road upgrade projects located in Western Sydney. 

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:

• Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
• Hands on project management of roads, infrastructure, pavement and drainage delivery of work 
• Provide good technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the client
• High level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills 
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
• Playing a lead role in an ambitious company that has sustained growth through their years in civil construction 

To be considered for the position of Project Manager you will require:

• Minimum 5 years' experience delivering projects in NSW
• Degree qualification in Engineering 
• Ability to lead up to 40 direct reports and a plethora of indirect reports
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills 
• Degree qualification in relevant field
• At least 2 years experience in a Project Management position
