Senior Project Surveyor / PQS / USA

Salary / Rate: US$115000 to US$125000 per annum plus bonus and benefits

THE ROLE

I am now seeking a Senior Project Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor who is chartered with the RICS to join a firm of PQS in New York.

This is a great opportunity to join a medium sized firm of construction consultants in their growing office in New York and to work on some iconic projects.

You must have a BRITISH passport and have a BSc or BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying along with at least four years or more post graduate experience working for a firm of PQS or have worked during your degree for a firm of PQS.

THE CLIENT

Our client is a successful medium sized firm of construction consultants with offices in the UK and in the USA.

They are working on a good range of generally high value projects in the private and public sectors.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Quantity Surveyor with at least four years or more experience gained post graduation or have done your Quantity Surveying degree on a day release basis and have worked for a firm of PQS during that time.

You will be MRICS qualified with around four years or more PQS experience.

Please note that it is only possible to get VISA’s for candidates whose Degree is in Quantity Surveying, ideally RICS accredited and we can only take British candidates for the same reason.

You will be involved in a range of duties working as part of a team.

It is essential that you have excellent communication skills as you will deal directly with clients.

Salary will be from around US$115000 to 125000, bonus plus medical insurance etc.
