Foreman (Subdivisions) / Australia

A prominent Melbourne based contractor is currently seeking an experienced Foreman to come and join their team on a permanent basis out of their office in the northern suburbs. My client has a reputation for delivering land development projects on schedule and within budget so the time has come to bring in new talent.

In the subdivisional space, core responsibilities within the role include supervising the construction activities across the site, solving arising problems from contract disputes to materials not arriving on time, maintaining safety and legality as well as liaising with relevant bodies.

To be successful, you must possess a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a supervisory role supported by relevant qualifications. Subdivision and bulk earth works experience are a must.
