E&M construction manager - Hong Kong

We are working with one of the leading contractors in HK who are well established and have a proven track record of successfully delivering some of the biggest projects in the region.

Due to continued growth and project aware they are now looking for an E&M construction manager for a major project.

This is a genuine construction manager role, so our client is keen to see the following qualifications/experience;

• Degree in Building Services /Electrical /Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
• At least 20 years' relevant experience in E&M construction with 5+ years' successful track record in managing mega projects (HK$500m+), preferably on infrastructure, railway, road, tunnel, or large commercial complex.
• Professional qualifications such as MHKIE, CIBSE, IET, IMechE, RPE or equivalent is must;
• Good technical knowledge with business mind and spectrum;
• High safety awareness and good implementation experience of site safety measures.
• Strong programme management and understanding of critical path analysis.
• Good aptitude for creativity and innovations.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with ability to ensure tight cost control measures are implemented
