General Manager - Construction - Bahrain

A diverse 100% Bahrain owned group with an annual turnover in excess of $30m where the largest company in the group is our construction division.

Our client has a reputation for quality delivery with over $100m of active contracts with key clients in Bahrain in varying stages of completion.

They are seeking a skilled, experienced, goal-oriented Group General Manager to take ownership of our company's vision and develop the current business. In this position, you will serve as the company's leader, responsible for the success, performance, and strategies of the business. You will manage all business operations across the Group of Companies and will report directly to the Shareholders and Board of Directors.

What our client is looking for is an experienced professional with a proven track record, as well as the following;

• Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, or related field; master's degree and/or PHD preferred
• 10- 15+ years of relevant experience as a Senior Manager/General Manager/Director or related title in industry
• Track record of project delivery in Bahrain
