Main Responsibilities:

Develop technical solutions for the production of hydrogen and technical gases
Analyze customer requirements and develop customized proposals containing technical and commercial solutions
Act as interface between client and internal business development team
Prepare and deliver technical solution demos for internal meetings as well as industry presentation for clients
Respond effectively to RFP and other customer pitches
Develop technical documentation and instructions and share best practices to ensure smooth operations in the field
Drive new concepts for technology developments and product improvements as well as operational aspects concerning the product line

Essential experience:

Degree in chemical engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering or similar
Experience in plant engineering construction within an international company
Experience in business development and proposal management as well as management experience in the HyCO environment
Fluent in English language verbal and written, German is a plus
Willingness to travel occasionally
